Christy Sutherland brings over a decade of experience as a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent, specializing in Medicare — one of the most highly regulated government programs in the country. Licensed across 27 states and appointed with 10 major insurance carriers, she built a reputation for precision, compliance, and client-first service. Her high level industry experience, combined with recognition from both peers as a subject-matter expert, reflects a professional grounded in trust, accuracy, and accountability.
Beyond insurance, Christy has served as a Home Health Care and Hospice Nurse, where she supported individuals and families through some of life's most difficult moments. This hands-on experience shaped her ability to communicate clearly, act with compassion, and guide people through complex and emotional situations with confidence and care.
Most recently, Christy has worked as a real estate investor, helping homeowners facing serious financial distress: foreclosure, delinquent taxes, liens, code enforcement issues, and even court-ordered demolition. She has been on the front lines with people in crisis, developing a deep understanding of both the emotional and financial impact of losing a home.
Today, Christy focuses on helping those who have already experienced foreclosure or tax sale recover what is rightfully theirs. Through Foreclosure Advocates, she works to ensure former homeowners are informed, supported, and positioned to claim the surplus funds often left behind after their property is sold.
